Reception Staff Control & Issue the Event Menu Link

Using this method of issuing the link to invoke the Event Audio or Video menu is best used when it is required to charge a fee for visitors to access the Event Menu page.

We provide a unique Click'n'Go web page widget for this purpose - which is called an 'SMS-Icon'.

Visitors Invoke the Event Page themselves

Here is probably the simplest and most obvious way for visitors to your Event to invoke the Event Page required to access your media content .... it is most suited when your content is FREE.

All you need to do is promote the following process at the Event entrance - by means of a display board, or by giving out A5 flyer's (or even a little pocket card) to people as they enter your premises, so they can choose to load and access the audio/video content as and when they decide to.

Invoking the Event Channel Page

Here we describe how to send the Event Page link to your visitors using a text Message.

.. of course you will need their Mobile number, you may have this as a list, or you will probably simply ask visitors to your Event 'What is your mobile Number?' , and your reception staff can then use their own desk top PC (or a mobile) to simple send them a text message which contains the click-able link which loads the Event page automatically.
