  WHAT WE OFFER

We provide a Gallery branded 'Audio Menu' page for your visitors to use, and help you create specific exhibition audio content that we hold & optimise for fast delivery to users SMART phones.

To avoid complication, and make things very easy to use, visitors access the Audio Menu simply by clicking on an SMS text link, this can be sent directly to them by your own Gallery staff, all text messages sent out are branded with your own name and logo.

It is also possible for visitors to obtain the Audio Menu text link for themselves, by simply texting 'Gallery' to a dedicated free number.

Using this technique we ensure that visitors can get quick and easy access to the Gallery Audio Menu no matter what their level of expertise or which type of phone they have.

The audio files work well over most mobile network 3G services, but quality can be guaranteed by a local wi-fi service. This can be an existing service, but we often recommend a dedicated wi-fi be installed with a transmitter on each floor of the premises to ensure a good signal is present in every corner of the Gallery.

This Click'n'Go audio facility will allow you to showcase any particular Gallery content or provide an audio option for every exhibit.

Visitors choose which audio content to listen to on their SMART phones via either a WAP based Audio menu (which is fast to display and simple to use) or by using a separate Gallery event channel to enter the 'Audio Badge' number of the exhibit they are looking at, you can also send people exhibit specific text messages (delivered via SMS) which invoke the audio you want them to hear.

The number of audio files supported is unlimited, but so as not to confuse people we usually recommend that the Audio Menu be limited to around 10 - 20 audio files for each event, of course you can have multiple 'Events' running in the Gallery at the same time. 

All invitation text messages sent out are branded with the Gallery & Event name for clarity and only contain one single link which connects them to your intended Audio Menu or exhibit content.

You chose the audio file subject but for example may be:

The artist - in their own words
Individual exhibits - supporting information
Other upcoming events - promoting future exhibits


The audio content would allow visitors to hear about the artist, their inspiration and the background to their individual work. This content could be an audio overview of the particular exhibit or even an interview with the artist.

Your audio content can be accessed any where, anytime - people can be at home, on the move, or out side the UK, all they need is 3G Internet access on their SMART phone, so they can hear about your exhibit any time they choose.

                                        HOW IT WORKS


Audio content is created in the weeks preceding each event, you decide on the content focus - by artist or per exhibit.

We provide a service where we record a high quality studio interview with the artist or the artist can record their own words at home using a PC.

For exhibits, you provide the text content and we can get this professionally recorded for you, we recommend that audio be limited to 2 minutes.

We treat each Event as a mini project and provide the resources to collect or produce the required audio content in time.

Each audio file is optimised (made as small as possible) and stored on our servers behind an individual keyword.

We pre-agree with you the cost of generating the audio content which is variable according to your requirements, budget for around £500 per event.

The Audio Menu can be delivered by text message, but also we setup a Gallery branded, Event specific mobile 'channel' a micro menu which lists & describes the keywords available at the event.

You then promote your content via SMS or Flyers on the day or in advance.

We complete an initial survey of your building and then provide advice with respect to the provision of any addtional wi-fi coverage that maybe needed.
